  Without Kylie and her team we would not have been able to purchase the home we did. Her advice was much appreciated and she saved us from buying a number of properties she expressed valid concerns with. The team’s local knowledge and network is extensive. They were always willing to take us through numerous properties until we found ‘the one’. They did all the negotiating for us too which made the process much less stressful.   Kylie, Siobhan and Jenny were all incredibly communicative and genuine. They kept us up to date on every step of the process and were always ready and willing to provide clarity on our options, offer advice on properties and locations, and also connected us with an amazing conveyancer, which was all invaluable to us as first home buyers. They made a complex and daunting thing much smoother and easier, and in the end fought hard to get us the right deal on the right property.

  Kylie, Siobhan and Jenny are a fantastic team. My partner and I were first homebuyers who were new to the area, and we appreciated their guidance on the potential and pitfalls of every property we saw, as well as their fantastic connections to agents all over Newy and Lake Mac. They managed to secure us the perfect place off-market at below-market rates in the middle of a housing boom — not an easy feat! They also referred us to great tradies who had availability and did quality work (also not an easy feat). Property Solutions 101 took most of the stress out of buying our first home, and there’s no way in hell we could have got the result we did on our own. Some of the best money I’ve ever spent!

  Buying our first home was made super easy with the help of Property Solutions 101! In our first meeting, Siobhan & Kylie explained the process involved with buying a property and listened carefully for what we were looking for. This allowed us to have full confidence that we were on the same page and that they were going to find us a property that we would be happy with.
  Siobhan’s communication was excellent, always keeping us informed, sending property updates and listening to our feedback. She did all the negotiating for us, making the process completely stress-free! Once the house was purchased, Jenny assisted greatly in finding a suitable agency to manage our property.
  We could not recommend everyone at Property Solutions 101 more!

  We highly recommend Property Solutions 101. Kylie, Siobhan and Jenny were able to secure us our dream home prior to auction and below market value. This was our first experience engaging a Buyers Agent and whilst initially we thought it would just assist us from a time perspective, it was Kylie and team’s relationship with local agents and expert knowledge which secured us our home. We can confidently say that without the team’s assistance we would not have achieved this result. Thank you Kylie and team, we will be forever grateful.
