Additionally, avo smash, feeling hungry (big breakky), and Breakky Bahn Mi are top notch breakky.
Kid loved the pancakes and the left overs I got were nice and fluffy with a gently crispy edge.

I love the pancakes, which are my most ordered breakfast food so I’ve tried a few, my husband rates the coffee and he’s a fussy long black drinker. Excellent spot for breakfast, already been back twice in a week.

The fusion of exceptional coffee with unique and authentic Vietnamese cuisine is a "must try".
The coffee was freshly ground and weighed which really showed a level of care for the customers receiving of the final product. A pretty girl with an accent (maybe south American) prepared a pretty cup which tasted great. I'm glad they use " Josie" coffee beans which I've had and enjoyed before, this was no exception.
My food was also really good , "grilled pork, home made spring rolls and vermicelli" and put the finishing touches on a great experience.
